Service rates & mobilization
Acreage mowing and rural property maintenance in the Texas Panhandle.

| Other agreed tractor work Backfilling, light grading and palletized material handling | $150 / hour |
Hourly work has a one-hour minimum per visit. Acreage mowing has no minimum service charge. Hourly and per-acre mowing are alternatives for the same area.
Mobilization
One-way road distance from our operating base. Charged once per equipment visit.

Beyond 85 road miles: quoted individually within our Texas service area. Multiple services on one visit share one mobilization fee. Additional equipment trips require agreement.
Materials & booking
- Supplier material and delivery cost plus 12% coordination fee, agreed before ordering. Supplier delivery is separate from equipment mobilization.
- The estimate depends on acreage, growth, terrain, access and required passes. Work is limited to suitable ground and equipment capabilities.
- Scope, pricing and timing are agreed before work begins. Additional work requires approval.
- Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Applicable sales tax, if any, is additional.
